The Friesz’s have been married and working side by side for 20 plus years. They have opened, operated and sold five enterprises throughout them Midwest; retiring to the lake in 1999. After ten years combined in real estate learning the roads, the people and the business, Rick & Patty have incorporated their proven systems to give all their clients the extra edge needed to out-perform the opposition. |
Board
of Realtors Rick and Patty are active members of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Missouri Association of Realtors. The Laurie Board of Realtors and the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors work conjointly to serve the entire Lake of the Ozarks region. The Friesz’s belong to the Lake Ozark Chamber of commerce and Patty actively serves on both the education and the public relations committees within the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors. |

Education Self-earned college educations for both, Rich at Northeast Missouri State (now Truman State) and the University of Missouri, Columbia, for Patty. Both will tell you they were average students never working in their field of study, Industrial Technology and Forestry. As many professional football players say, “the school of hard knocks” is more appropriately the university rendering their educations. |
Family Both Rick and Patty hale from small mid-western farming communities. They met and married within 90 days giving all the family members heart attacks. The pride and joy of the immediately family is the couples only child, “Heidi” a sixty-pound German Shepard mix. |
